Returns & Exchanges

Defective Products

We accept returns on any item that is defective or not fit for purpose. If a product fails under normal use, bring it back to the store or contact us and we will repair, replace, or refund at our discretion.

Defective returns are accepted within 6 months of purchase with proof of purchase.

Non-Defective Returns

We do not accept returns on non-defective items unless the product was supplied incorrectly by us. Please ensure you select the correct product before completing your purchase.

• Opened paint tints and mixed colours cannot be returned
• Gas cylinders and refills are non-returnable once dispensed
• Electrical items must be in original sealed packaging for any exchange consideration

Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items that are in original, unopened condition within 30 days of purchase with the original receipt.

How to Return

Bring the item to the store with your proof of purchase. For online orders, please contact us before returning anything.
